I had the pleasure of visiting Spa Zen Men in Eixample for a back exfoliation followed by a 90-minute massage. Without exaggeration, it was the best massage I’ve ever had.

The experience began with a back exfoliation in the shower using an excellent exfoliating treatment that left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed. From there, the 90-minute massage was simply exceptional. Yussef’s technique, attention to detail, and professionalism were on another level. He worked every part of my body with care and precision—nothing was overlooked—and it was clear that he has years of experience and truly understands his craft.

One thing that makes this spa unique is that it is designed specifically for men. Being treated by a male therapist who understands the male body and anatomy creates a level of comfort and expertise that is hard to describe until you experience it. Everything is handled with complete professionalism, respect, and discretion, making the entire experience feel natural and relaxing.

What also stood out was how professional and welcoming the entire team was. You can immediately tell that everyone here knows exactly what they’re doing and take great pride in providing an exceptional experience.

Whether you’re visiting Barcelona or you’re a local, Spa Zen Men is a place you shouldn’t miss. If you’re looking for a first-class treatment in a welcoming and highly professional environment, this is the place. You’ll leave feeling completely renewed and already looking forward to your next visit.

Decided to try two different types of massage during my holiday week. All of them three professionals that took care of me were way above my expectations. Impeccable service and spotless clinic. Literally in good hands (pun-intended). Can’t recommend the lads highly enough! Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience with Yossef at the Zen Men Center on Villarroel Street. From the very first moment, he conveys professionalism, warmth, and trust. The massage was impeccable, tailored to my needs, with a technique that combines relaxation and muscle relief very effectively.

The atmosphere of the center is calm, clean, and welcoming, ideal for disconnecting from daily stress. I left feeling renewed, with a great sense of well-being and much more relaxed.

Without a doubt, I recommend Yossef to anyone looking for a quality massage from a caring and experienced professional. I will definitely be back soon!
